GENERAL HOTEL POLICIES:
We would like to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Therefore you should be informed which services we render, what we are responsible for, and which responsibilities you have towards us. Please review these general hotel policies, which regulate the contractual relationship between the parties and which you accept by booking a room at our hotel. As they may vary per room type, please also check the reservation confirmation.
Check-in: 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Earlier or later Check-in is possible upon prior reservation with the Hotel. For late Check-in we do require the copy of your ID and valid credit card details for pre-authorization prior to your arrival.
Check-out: 7.30 a.m. to 11 a.m.: Earlier or later Check-out is possible upon prior notification of the Hotel. We reserve the right to charge late Check-out fees.
Cancellation: Best Price/Standard rate: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80% of the total price will be charged. If we are able to re-rent the rooms, we charge only the price difference. In case of no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged.Non-refundable rate: you will not be able to cancel or modify the booking and you cannot change the date of arrival. We strongly suggest that you book a travel insurance. All cancellations must be made in writing.
Children and extra beds: All children under 5 years stay free of charge when sleeping with parents. One child under 5 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a room is 1. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. Minors under the age of 18 staying in the Hotel must be accompanied by duly authorized adults. Hotel staff may require relevant documentation identifying adults as authorized persons.
City Tax: City tax of 3,80 Euro per person and night might not be not calculated automatically in the total costs and has to be paid separately in the hotel.
Lost key or Damage: The cost for replacement of lost room keys or damaged locks is applicable and a total amount of up to 300€ is to be paid immediately. You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. We reserve the right to retain your credit card details as presented at registration and charge such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by hotel as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after Check-out, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Pets: Small pet/service pet is allowed upon prior written request in 1 room only and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Accepted credit cards: Maestro, VISA, Euro/Mastercard, American Express.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. Pre-authorisation is not a charge it is a temporary hold. When you make a reservation, there may be instances that the hotel will pre-authorise your credit card. This means hotel will check if your credit card is a valid credit card and if the card has enough money to cover at least the first night of your reservation. The hotel, however, will not proceed with the charge- it is a temporary hold. The length of the hold will vary, and your credit card company can advise how they handle this. By providing your credit card you expressly authorize us to pre-authorize your credit card as stated above.
Third Party Booking: A signed authorization letter along with the ID copy of the credit card holder and a copy of the credit card (both sides copied) are required if you use or provide any other credit card details than your own. The letter must indicate that you give rights to the hotel to charge the credit card. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
By booking a room you undertake to use the services in accordance with the Law, moral standards, good customs and public order, as well as that which is stipulated in these General policies. Consequently, you are obliged not to use the services for illicit purposes or effects and/or contrary to what is set out in these General policies, detrimental to the rights and interests of third parties or which could, in any way, damage the services, hotel and/or its image, otherwise the hotel has the right to rescind the contract and does not have to provide compensation. Hotel is using CCTV to monitor reception area in order to deter crime and provide for safety of the guests and property.
Our obligations: If your room is not ready for Check-In by 1 p.m. we will provide compensation to you either in form of a discount or in form of a comparable room in a comparable hotel. Should any disruptions to or defects in the hotel services arise then we will immediately attempt to remedy the situation as soon as we are informed by you. You are bound to make a reasonable contribution towards relieving the disruption and minimising any possible damage.
Parking: We offer a discount at the public parking garage nearby. Please note that there is no contract of safe custody. The hotel is not liable for any damage to or loss of any vehicles or their contents, except in cases of deliberate action or gross negligence by hotel employees. In this case the damage must be alleged at the very latest before departing from the hotel premises.
Personal Data: By filling out our forms you expressly accept that your data is stored electronically for this sales contract and to provide you with hotel services. We do not give the data away to third party and we safeguard it according to the laws.
