Restaurant Rathausglöckel – same name, yet under new management

Dear guests and friends,

We are happy to inform you, that on the 3^rd of March 2013, the restaurant Rathausglöckel will reopen under new management.

While the owner-family Asel will continue to manage the hotel, Mario Rebellato (chef) and Michaela Rebellato (Restaurant Manager) with a new team will lead one of the oldest restaurants of Baden-Baden.

Mario Rebellato’s prestigious track record includes Brenner's Park Hotel, where he made ​​his masters, Steigenberger Europäischer Hof, La Provence and Eckberg Stuben in Baden-Baden.

Innovative ideas applied to traditional and regional dishes with historical influence define his cuisine with fresh regional ingredients. The recipes combine his classical training and passion for healthy living to create dishes that satisfy.

Michaela Rebellato acquired her remarkable gastronomy skills at Windeck Castle in Bühl and Katzenberger's Adler in Rastatt. Her goal is to make you feel welcome in the cozy restaurant and spoil you with excellent food as well as matching wines. Quality and freshness as well as warmth and hospitality are paramount to your hosts.
